Project Scope

The Company will provide design and layout services as described in this invoice.

Services include:

–Professional layout and design of the report
–Formatting of content provided by Client
–Delivery of final files in agreed format

Timeline Changes

If the Client requests changes to the agreed timeline after it has been confirmed, the Company reserves the right to: adjust the delivery date accordingly, or charge an additional rush fee of $25 if an accelerated timeline is requested.

Revisions

–The price includes TWO (2) rounds of revisions after the initial delivery.
–Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will be billed at $30 per round.
–Revision requests must be provided within 5 business days of each delivery.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the project scope after contract signing will be billed separately. Scope changes include:

–Adding pages beyond the agreed count
–Major content overhaul or restructuring
–Substantial design changes beyond standard revisions

The Company will notify the Client in writing of any work beyond the initial scope before proceeding with additional billable work.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide:

–All finalized text content
–Required logos, images, and graphics
–Brand guidelines (if applicable)
–Timely feedback and approvals

Deliverables

–Final file format: PDF / InDesign / Word (to be specified)
–Files will be delivered via email or file-sharing platform

–Upon receipt of final payment, the Client will own all rights to the final design.
–The Company retains the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

If the Client cancels the project after work has begun:

–Deposit is non-refundable
–Client will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit at $30 per revision round
